What does the process of working with Trisha look like?

  • send an email though my contact page or give me a call

  • we'll schedule your consultation at a time and date of your choice

  • during your consultation you will share concerns you have about your space and expectations for how you would like the space to function

  • session options will be shared with you

  • you will schedule your first session

  • we will work to get your space organized and haul away any unwanted items to the charity of your choice

  • you will bask in your beautifully organized home and wonder why you didn't do this years ago

What does a session include?

A session includes 3 hours with an organizer working in your home to help you get organized.  This does not include the time spent during your consultation or shopping for supplies; that is completely free to you!

Will I need to help the organizer during the session?

That depends.  In some spaces you will need to make decisions about items that can be donated and items that should be kept.  In other spaces, like a pantry for example, an organizer could organize the space without your assistance and put questionable items, like expired foods, to the side for you to make decisions on later.

Will the organizer remove my unwanted items for me? 

Yes, I am happy to take unwanted items to a local charity of your choice and bring you a receipt.

Will I need to buy containers or baskets for organizing?

That is up to you.  Some clients have systems in place that just need to be restructured for better functionality.  Other clients are ready for some containers and labels to help keep things in order after your organizer is long gone.  If you choose to purchase some organizational products we are happy to shop those for you or make suggestions of what would work well.

How do I know how many sessions I need?

While it is difficult to know exactly how long a space can take to get organized, a rough estimate will be made during your consultation so that you can make a decision.

What if I purchase a session and don't end up needing that many hours?  Can I get a refund?

I do not give refunds for unused sessions.  However, I am happy to come back at a later time for some maintenance hours or use them for a different space in your home.

Can unused session time be given to a friend of mine that needs a space organized?

No, sessions purchased for one client cannot be transferred to another client if unused, but referrals are greatly appreciated!
